I made it into the Best Wife Ever Hall of Fame by making Aaron a pie. Aaron loves pie but I am always too nervous to make a pie crust from scratch. We got some rhubarb from a lady at church and I had some strawberries in the fridge so I made him a strawberry rhubarb pie.
It actually wasn’t that hard to make and it turned out really good. I was impressed with myself and so was Aaron. I think now that Aaron knows I can make pie, he will expect it more often.

Great job on the pie! Don't be afraid of the crust, they're super easy. And I have a couple great pie recipes if you want them. Also, I love to sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on the leftover crust and bake it for a "healthier" elephant ear!
