Today Andrew and I ventured out into the snow to play. Last year one of my co-workers gave us a sled, so this year we tried it out. Andrew had so much fun being pulled around the neighborhood. Our driveway has a little slope in it that was just enough for him to sled down himself.
Look how deep it was in some people’s yards! It was almost as tall as Andrew. It is always windy on our hill, so we have different size drifts in our yards.
We had a great time outside even though the computer said it was “9* but felt like –7*.” It was cold! We went inside to get warm and I introduced Andrew to hot chocolate. He was in heaven and drank his whole cup full.
Even I had some to warm me up. Yummy, nothing like hot chocolate on a cold day.
