Happy Valentine's Day!

I got home from work on Saturday afternoon to a surprise and a difficult choice. As I walked into the living room, I saw flowers on the coffee table and a choice between two presents. For all those who know me, know that I love getting presents and am greedy in this matter. Aaron told me I could choose which one I wanted, but I could only have one and the other I would get on my birthday (2 weeks from now). Present A felt like a DVD, which Aaron told me a while ago he had to order online because you can't find it in any of the stores. Present B was wrapped a lot like the way the diamond necklace I got for Christmas from him. You would have thought it was the hardest decision of my life to make! I thought it out and waited a few hours.

I chose "B."

Present B turned out to be pair of diamond earrings that matched the necklace he had gotten me. So beautiful! It still tortures me to know what is in present A, but I will have to wait till the 28th to open it. In case you were wondering, I got Aaron Volume 6 of Family Guy. He loves it.

Aaron then made me a fancy dinner of: asparagus and cheese stuffed chicken breast, baked potatos (even cooked in the oven), fresh green beans sautéed with garlic and onions and raspberry Italian sodas. Yummy! What a wonderful Valentine's Day!

Finally, a cookie!

Ever since I moved back to Pullman, I have not been able to make a decent cookie.  They always turn out flat and crisp and spread everywhere.  I have started to doubt my abilities as a wife and mother! (Just kidding). But, tonight I had success.  I took one into Aaron and said "Look what I made."  He said "It looks like a cookie!"  I was so proud of myself that Aaron took a picture.  Success!

 

It's been a while...

So, we have received many comments that we need to update our blog. So here we go...

• We are in the process of putting our condo back on the market with hopes to buy a house this year.

• We are still enjoying our jobs and grateful that we still have our jobs.

• We are going to San Diego for a mini vacation in the middle of the month and are excited to go. There will be a new blog entry with pictures of our trip next time.

• Aaron got a PS3 for Christmas, so we have been perfecting our skills at Rock Band.
  

• The newest news is... we are having a baby at the end of August! We are very excited! I have been feeling really good lately and everything seems to be right on track. We got to see the little baby and hear the heart beat on January 14th. What an amazing sight and sound to behold! We had the adventure of shopping for Maternity clothes in Spokane last Saturday. I was amazed how there is so many pregnant women and no places to buy Maternity clothes! I was able to find a few things to get me started.
  

Other than that, we are enjoying life and having fun!
